The company&#8217;s sustainability is a consequence of the program used to ensure the well-being of the employees. Therefore, HSE is a continuous work that requires the involvement of all. There is no problem in refusing if the employee does not feel SAFE to perform any task.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>The following actions are part of Tecnosonda&#8217;s security program:<\/p>\r\n<p>1 &#8211; Behavioral Audits;<\/p>\r\n<p>2 &#8211; Verification of Machines and Tools;<\/p>\r\n<p>3 &#8211; Order and Cleaning Inspections;<\/p>\r\n<p>4 &#8211; Task Security Analysis (TSA), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Work Instruction (WI);<\/p>\r\n<p>5 &#8211; Disclosure of goals to the entire workforce;<\/p>\r\n<p>6 &#8211; Balance of Consequences and Incentive Program.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><em>The audits with field leaders, engineers, quality control and HSE, contribute to the results and deliveries of TECNOSONDA in the safety standards that requires ZERO accidents.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Tecnosonda\u2019s Security Program Premisses and Concepts<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The company has HSE as its value;<\/li>\r\n<li>It seeks to raise the awareness of all workers so that they develop their activities safely and with a perception of risk;<\/li>\r\n<li>Inspections on work fronts for Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Work Instruction (WI);<\/li>\r\n<li>Weekly meetings with the leaders.
